Hey there! It's Emma.Here's my story.

I'm Emma Zheng, a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience helping individuals in their 40s+ reclaim their bodies and live life to the fullest.My mission is to build strong individuals and a supportive community where we can grow and succeed together.My history into health and fitness started due to emotional eating, unhealthy habits, constant discomfort, and a lack of zest for life.Looking back, I'm sure I was suffering from some sort of a mental health issue.In 2010, my mum was diagnosed with an advanced form of breast cancer.Watching her endure months of chemotherapy was a wake-up call for me.Her strength in fighting the disease inspired me to start my own journey to improve my health, build a better lifestyle, and develop mental resilience.So, I hired my first trainer and joined a local CrossFit box.At the beginning, I couldn't even do a single push-up or run 200 meters without stopping to catch my breath.Now I can do strict ups, handstand push ups, deadlift 2x bodyweight, bench 80kgs and so much more.Being surrounded by a like-minded community inspired me to push past my limits and evolve into a better version of myself.The biggest lesson I learned is to cheer for yourself when no one else is.These days, I take my fitness outdoors, engaging in activities like hiking, surfing, climbing, and occasionally participating in local powerlifting competitions.I just turned 40 and feel stronger than I ever was in my 20s or 30s.I spend most of my time galavanting the world with my sister, sometimes engaging in adventures, like exploring cross-cultural experiences in Saudi Arabia or road-tripping along the coast of Costa Rica.If you’re going to embrace your 40s, 50s, and beyond, you might as well do it right!Three fun facts about me:
